1.Power off the phone.
2.Press and hold Volume “-“, “Home” and “Power” button on the phone.
3.Press “Volume +” button to enter download mode.
When your Samsung J1/J2/J3/J5/J7 is successfully entered into the download mode, the program will begin to analyze your phone and download the recovery package.
When the scan and analysis process is over, you can see all the analyzed data and they will be displayed in the window. You can click on them and preview. Then, check the file according to your needs. Finally, click “Recover”.
