All the phones have their own lifetime. Used for a long time, it would inevitably have some problems such as suddenly death, broken, stuck in brand logo and many. My old Samsung phone’s screen had been broken last week. It had been used since 3 years ago, and it is time to change a new one. So I want to recover the data from it. Android Data Extraction can remove lock screen, recover data, extract data, backup & restore data, etc. The supported data is including contacts, text messages, photos, videos, call logs and many. Whatever functions can be guaranteed will not damage any data.
In the first, launch Android Data Extraction and connect your Samsung device to PC via USB cable, choose “Android Data Extraction”.
When your phone is detected by the program, choose the types of files that you want to recover and click “Start” to enter next step.
Now, click which type of your device “Touch doesn’t work or cannot access the phone” or “Black/broken screen”. Then the program need you select the correct “Device Name” and “Device Model”. Click “Next”
Then the program need your phone enter the download mode, you can follow the instructions on the window to make it.
1. Power off the phone.
2. Press and hold Volume “-“, “Home” and “Power” button on the phone.
3. Press “Volume +” button to enter download mode.
When your phone is in the download mode, connect it to the computer with USB cable and click “Start” button. Then the program will scan your device to find those data. For the majority of black screen problem, in this step, the program will repair it at the same time.
The scan process completed, the program will display those files you chose right now. You can check them one by one and click what you want. Finally, click “Recover” to recover them.
Note: Please keep your phone connected with your computer during the whole recovery process.
