Step to Recover Data from Samsung Galaxy With Cracked/Broken/Death Screen

Step 1. Launch Android Data Extraction

In the first, launch Android Data Extraction and connect your Samsung device to PC via USB cable, choose “Android Data Extraction”.

When your phone is detected by the program, choose the types of files that you want to recover and click “Start” to enter next step.

Step 2. Choose the fault type of your device

Now, click which type of your device “Touch doesn’t work or cannot access the phone” or “Black/broken screen”. Then the program need you select the correct “Device Name” and “Device Model”. Click “Next”

Step 3. Enter the download mode on your Samsung device

Then the program need your phone enter the download mode, you can follow the instructions on the window to make it.

1. Power off the phone.
2. Press and hold Volume “-“, “Home” and “Power” button on the phone.
3. Press “Volume +” button to enter download mode.

Step 4. Analyze and scan your device

When your phone is in the download mode, connect it to the computer with USB cable and click “Start” button. Then the program will scan your device to find those data. For the majority of black screen problem, in this step, the program will repair it at the same time.

Step 5. Preview the data and recover them

The scan process completed, the program will display those files you chose right now. You can check them one by one and click what you want. Finally, click “Recover” to recover them.
