Launch Mobile Transfer on your computer first. Then choose “Restore From Backups” in the main interface, click “Kies”.
Step 2. Choose a backup file and connect your phone to PC
The program will scan your computer and lists all the Kies backups that created on this computer previously, just choose the one as you like. At the same time, please connect your Samsung Galaxy Note 9 to computers via USB line.
Step 3. Restore Kies backup to your Samsung Galaxy Note 9
The program will automatically extracts and lists all the data from the selected Kies backup file, once your phone is recognized, you can select the data you need, and click on “Start Transfer” to sync all the selected data, then just wait until it is done.
