Step 1. Login your iCloud account

Click "Recover from iCloud Backup File" mode in the primary window to switch to the iCloud account login interface. Then enter your Apple ID and password to sign in your iCloud account.

Step 2. Select and download a iCloud backup file

after logged in, as you can see, all the iCloud backup files are displayed as a list. Choose the one you wanted and click to download it.

At the same time, a pop-up window will appear, you need to choose the type of files you would like to download, like Contacts, Text Messages, and so on, and click "Next" to go on.

Step 3. Preview and restore the lost data from scanning result

When the scanning is completed, you can preview all the scanning result one by one. To find out the lost data you wanted, and click on "Recovery" button to save them back to your Mac.
